What is included in the $4,500?
The discovery call, the in-depth questionnaire and the written report.
The pre-qualification that comes first is free.
Building the modules is not included: if you decide to go ahead, each module has its own quote.
How does payment work?
The pre-qualification is free. The assessment is paid in full after it, before the discovery call. If we then build modules together, each module is paid before work on it starts.
Do I have to buy software after the report?
No. The report is yours. You can implement it with us, with someone else or on your own.
Can you build a module that is not on the list?
Yes. The modules listed are our standard ones. If your company needs something that does not exist yet, we can build it for you, when it makes sense and serves a real purpose.
What if my company is not ready for AI?
The pre-qualification tells you before you pay. Often the first step is putting processes and data in order, and we can help with that too.
Is our data safe?
We work under NDA. Every solution we propose states clearly where your data would go and who could access it, so you decide before anything starts.
Can the AI run entirely inside our company?
Yes, when it makes sense. We look at three options: cloud AI, meaning the most common online services; fully local AI, which runs on your own computers and keeps all data inside the company; or a hybrid solution, with sensitive data kept local and the rest in the cloud. The local option offers the highest level of confidentiality, but it can require a significant investment in hardware, so we recommend it when it is really needed.
